Terms and Conditions

1) Goods Colours & Colour Reproduction / Website Images - Customers must accept that the photographs we make available on our website are as accurate as possible and are provided for informational purposes only.

2) Copyright to this website including all images and written content is the property of Male Grooming Supplies and as such is copyright protected under national and international law. No material may be reproduced without the prior written consent of the owners.

3) UK Delivery - all orders are sent via secure Carrier on a NEXT DAY service (providing products are in stock) and Carriage Free if the Nett Value is £200 (excluding VAT). Orders below £200.00 (excluding VAT) are charged at a flat rate of £10.00 for NEXT DAY (providing products are in stock).

4) Non UK delivery - Carriage Charges are dependent on weight and (or) cube. Prices/Delivery times will be quoted at time of Ordering/Quotation.

5) For Orders within the  EU we will need your VAT number or equivalent before we can process your Order.

6) Existing customers of Cyril R Salter can order online via a secure login. Enabling them to place their orders 24/7.

7) Account terms to existing customers remain unchanged.

8) New customers in the UK are required to fill in a Trading Reference Form - which you can mail to us at: Cyril R Salter,44a Highgate High Street London N6 5JE.

9) Overseas customers will be supplied  on a Proforma Basis.

10) Privacy - We will not pass or sell your contact details on to any third parties.

11) Price list - We do  not publish our prices online - you download our price list via our secure login or by filling in the online enquiry form and request a pricelist.

12) Supply - We only supply the Trade.
